Each Rosé Package includes: 
  • A timeline production meeting
  • A walkthrough at your wedding venue
  • Unlimited hours of coordination on the day of
  • A lead coordinator and an assistant throughout the day

We create your timeline, floor plan and assist with vendor communications in the 60 days prior to your wedding. The package comes with two in person meetings, as well as your wedding rehearsal, to ensure the day goes smoothly and your vision comes to life on the day-of

Each Chardonnay Package includes: 
  • 6 pre-wedding consultations; including a timeline meeting, venue walkthrough, and more! 
  • A personal Aisle Planner account to keep you on track through the planning process
  • Unlimited hours of coordination on the day of with your lead planner, as well as an assistant

This hands-on wedding planning service provides personalized vendor recommendations, budget analysis, and several in-person meetings to address the details of your big day. With recommendations of where to cut costs for your big day, this service will practically pay for itself with all you will save.

Our Champagne Package includes: 
  • 15+ planning meetings
  • Event design; including mood board(s) and attendance at all floral and rental meetings
  • A personalized Aisle Planner account 
  • Assistance finding all vendors needed for your big day 

The highest level of planning allows our client’s dream to come to life, with little to no effort on their part. This service includes unlimited planning meetings, attendance to all vendor appointments, and full event design.

When does communication begin?

With all of our packages, email communication begins upon signing, however with our Rosé Package, meetings do not occur until the 60 days prior to your wedding date. With the Chardonnay Package, meetings begin 8 months prior to your wedding date, and with the Champagne Package, meetings begin immediately upon booking. 

What Factors increase the price of each package?

Pricing is based on a range of factors. If your guest count is above 250 guests, we require an additional assistant in attendance the day of your wedding, which would be factored into your estimate. The distance of your venue from Orange County, California also changes the cost of our services. Lastly, the day of the week alters pricing. For example, if you are having a weekday wedding (Monday through Thursday) we offer discounted rates, whereas if your wedding falls on a holiday or holiday weekend, there is an additional charge. 

Are there any hidden fees? 

Absolutely not! We pride ourselves on transparency and will be upfront with all costs for our services upon your inquiry. Unless a client decides to upgrade their package during the planning process, we will never come back with an unexpected bill for services our team provides.
